We ended our month with Johnny Appleseed Day. Many apple treats were shared with the class. We  thank everyone that donated such delicious snacks for the class to share. The class made apple sauce with apples brought in by the boys and girls. Everyone enjoyed it!

When our activities ended we were able to use some new technology to see how much we learned. Our class is fortunate to have activotes in our room this year. I was able to see if everyone could sequence the events in making apple sauce. I also found out their favorite snack items . Ask your children about our voting and hear how excited they are. It is a great to tool and I will be using this all year.

Constitution Day  was this month. We enjoyed learning about the laws of our country and the men that  made them. We also made some comparisons to the rules in our classroom.   A memory game of famous people and places was played by all at the end of our day.

September was a time of learning . We learned many things and  one thing was about circus animals. At the end of our lessons we had the chance to make foam animals to take home.
